The pneumatic double diaphragm pumps of the Debem SANIBOXER series have been developed for applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and hair care industries. The high-performance pumps with air consumption optimisation are manufactured in mechanically polished AISI stainless steel 316L and are certified according to the guidelines of MOCA, FDA conform, EU/1935-2004 and ATEX, among others.
Saniboxer air pumps are equipped as standard with fibre optic sensors that automatically stop pump operation in the event of a diaphragm rupture. They are suitable for any pumped media with high viscosity and containing suspended solids. Flow rate depending on model 100 – 340 l/min.
