Climbolino®E Milling Robot

The Climbolino®E milling robot is specially designed for smooth sewer rehabilitation. This house connection robot has a strong electric milling spindle as well as arcuate capability. In addition, the machine can be used in an extremely wide range of environments. This total package is a real revolution in sewage technology. All materials are made of special stainless steel.

The milling robot is handy and compact thanks to its ergonomic design. Thanks to the 12" LED display, you always have a razor-sharp image, which ensures relaxed working, even in daylight. Overall, the milling robot weighs a slim 56 kg and the space-saving design also contributes to easy handling of the device. In addition, the Climbolino E can be divided into 3 parts using quick-release fasteners. The milling attachments are also an absolute highlight, as each individual attachment has been independently manufactured for almost any material. Whether it is diamond tools, wire or grinding tools, milling tools with carbide granules or high-speed steel tools, there is something here for every need.

Another highlight are certainly the two replaceable batteries on the device, they allow a long-term operation with a power of 56 V each. Up to two hours of battery life is guaranteed with a battery capacity of 12 Ah/ 216 Wh. The batteries prevent self-discharge and memory effect.

In addition, you will find a built-in tool box in the milling robot, where you can easily and conveniently store your tools. Everything you need is thus ready to hand and safely stored at the place of use, because the toolbox is well protected and contains a foam insert that you can remove from the box and replace at any time. Here you will also find space for up to three milling tools.
