The rigid standard test pipe sealing pad PU with metal core ensures fast and reliable sealing. This pipe sealing pad can also be used to shut off sewers, pipelines and drainage inlets. Test blisters are mainly used for maintenance measures, repairs, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Important aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in the construction and industrial sectors.

These sealing pad products are tested at 1.3 times operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m WS. An instruction manual is attached to each test pad.

Caution: the test pressure specified in some of the technical documents must not be used. This is a maximum pressure as a laboratory value. The decisive factor for the operation of the bladder is the operating pressure, which must not be exceeded.
