Protective Camera Housing (D) with Multi-Stage Air Flow

This protective aluminium camera housing with integrated conical air flow and an additional air knife in front of the housing glass is designed for the use of video cameras in environments contaminated with liquids, oil dust or dust.

The integrated air flow is directed away from the housing and keeps the glass cover of the housing free of liquids and dust. In addition, an air knife protects directly in front of the housing glass from splashing liquid. A third air outlet removes drops that reach the protective glass despite the two flows.

The camera body is used for Basler Ace cameras (model: Basler Ace Classic oder Basler Ace U) or cameras with the same dimensions. The camera is completely protected by the housing and a glass cover in front of the lens. This protective camera housing is mainly used in CNC machines and in environments with high levels of splashing liquid or oil vapors.
