Delivery time
Our products are usually in stock and delivered within 2 to 5 working days. In rare cases of high order volumes, items may need to be reordered. In such cases, the delivery time ranges from 3 working days to up to 4 weeks. The exact delivery time will be stated in the order confirmation.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and apply to worldwide shipping. Packaging ist not charged separatly.
We generally ship under Incoterm FCA (Haidenbucher Str. 1, 86916 Kaufering – Incoterms® 2020).
The following applies to Switzerland: The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. Customs and export costs have already been taken into account. We also cover the entry preparation fee. We ship with Incoterm DDP (agreed place of delivery - Incoterms ® 2020). The import sales tax is paid directly to the invoice recipient by the freight service provider.
Outside Europe: Customs and export costs are taken into account wherever possible. If there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted by us. In individual cases, the overseas region may be subject to subsequent calculations or self-payment of customs and export costs.
For personal collections by customers based outside of Germany, we reserve the right to charge an withhold the German salex tax of 19% until the person collecting the googs can provide proof of import into the country of destination.
