Steerable full HD live camera for main and branch lines - the complete solution for simultaneous flushing, steering, and filming in a single operation. The handy "Light" version of the Viper flushing camera is easier to transport than the "Compact" or "Long Range" versions thanks to its low weight of 29 kg. The flushing device is suitable for applications such as drain cleaning, emergency services, construction, municipal operations, building and connection inspections, renovation, and industry. With the switchable forward jet nozzle, blockages can be cleared immediately during the inspection, without additional driving.

Inspection and cleaning in one operation

By flushing under camera observation, inspection and cleaning are carried out simultaneously. The impressive full HD camera image of the VIPER flushing camera shows the causes of blockages without a separate camera inspection. Further measures such as pipe rehabilitation can be initiated immediately. This makes efficient use of working time, water, and fuel, and eliminates the need for time-consuming follow-up cleaning.

Excellent cleaning results and interchangeable nozzles

The switchable forward jet nozzle removes blockages immediately, allowing inspection to continue immediately. Causes are identified without additional inspection, and measures can be discussed directly with the customer. The modular design allows for the use of various nozzle types – including rope and chain throwers.

Excellent steerability, even in branches

The steerable camera enables inspection of branched pipe systems from a single access point. Due to the high pulling force of the cleaning nozzles, even vertical lines can be cleaned and inspected against the flow direction, e.g. B. at branches from the main sewer in property drainage systems.

Documentation via photo and video

Camera movements and cleaning results are documented simultaneously via video and photo. The entire process, including nozzle pressure, inclination, distance counter, and more, is continuously saved on a USB stick. A before-and-after video can be provided to the customer.

Exact localization of problem areas

The pipe routes and problem areas of all pipes, even previously unknown or decommissioned ones, can be precisely located using precise path length measurements and the integrated tracking transmitter.

Preparatory work such as root removal, removal of incrustations and deposits, or the removal of concrete residue in newly laid sewer pipes can be effectively carried out and documented in a single operation - without additional inspection equipment.
Compliance with the prescribed maximum flushing pressure is ensured and documented by displaying it in the camera image, so that the cleaning process can be adapted to the degree of contamination.
Sharp objects, obstacles, or heavy dirt are detected early, preventing damage or nozzle jamming.
