Cleaning Pig B-S with Steel Wire Brushes, DN 80 - 800 mm

Type B-S cleaning pig with steel wire brushes, made of high-density polyurethane foam, reinforced by a waterproof base plate, also made of polyurethane.

This pig comes complete with steel wire brushes. B-S pigs are there to remove dust and rust from steel pipes. They are particularly used after welding work. The aim is to remove solid deposits and incrustations. The wire brush cleans the route. Pigging is usually done with air, but pigging with water is also possible.

When ordering, you should allow for a size tolerance of +/- 2% of the pig size that these pigs may have as they are manufactured manually. This is a quality product Made in Germany!

• The size of your pig should be close to the inner pipe diameter, unless the pipe is heavily contaminated with dirt and overgrown, in which case it needs a correspondingly smaller diameter
