Safety light curtains: Sensor technology from Leuze

The non-contact Leuze light curtains reliably safeguard danger zones and prevent injuries without obstructing access to the work area. If an object or body part interrupts the defined protective field, the light curtains generate an immediate stop signal.

With a range of six metres, the flexible units are suitable for a variety of applications, particularly where space is limited. At the same time, they can be easily integrated into the machine design and installed with little effort. No configuration is required.

Thanks to their shock resistance, the rugged sensors also perform well in environments with strong vibrations. The ELC 100 safety curtains from Leuze can even be mounted directly on a press.
