Movable locking protection for tool clamping covers for safe starting of your milling machine. This prevents the adjusting key from accidentally getting stuck when your milling machine is put into operation.
The protection is supplied complete with an IP67 microswitch and is easy to install thanks to its pre-drilled flange.
The integrated cap or cover is lifted and pushed away to allow the drawbar to be adjusted. Please check whether the height of the cover is sufficient for your milling machine.

Housing FT for Milling Machine Table 1000 mm x 500 mm
Flexible enclosure of your milling machine table with 2 height-adjustable polycarbonate safety barriers. Quickly and easily mounted on the machine table, it ensures safety for the machine operator. Flying chips, splash water, oil and coolant or other substances are reliably prevented. The integrated safety limit switch to IP67 prevents the machine from starting when the door is open. This prevents unintentional contact with the running machine.
You attach the FT guard directly to the milling machine table. This model is therefore available with or without a recess for the vice. The screen height is adjustable from 330 mm to 630 mm, the length is 1,000 mm, the depth 500 mm.
