Ultra-light inversion drums for improved inliner renovation

For pipe rehabilitation projects, we rely on proven inversion drums manufactured in Europe. One of the first things you’ll notice is the updated design, which prioritises user-friendly operation.

Just as important: the use of high-quality materials like composite and aluminium makes these drums not only compact and lightweight, but also exceptionally robust and durable.

Why choose our new inversion drums?

  1. Easy to manoeuvre: Durable rubber wheels with a 30 cm diameter make transport easier.

  2. Stable setup: Rubber-coated support feet and square tubing connections provide extra stability.

  3. Lightweight frame: All models use the same aluminium frame.

  4. Improved working height: The smaller models are each 15 cm taller than their predecessors.

  5. Space-saving design: With an ergonomic handle directly attached to the drum, there’s no need for a bulky trolley.

  6. Added safety: All current inversion drums come equipped with a standard 1.1 bar safety valve.

Product Range from S to XL

With a choice of 6" or 8" Storz couplings and four different sizes, there’s a suitable model for any rehabilitation project. Each drum in this series has been optimised to handle higher pressure and built to be virtually indestructible. Efficient operation and safety go hand in hand—no matter which model you choose.

The space-saving Sanidrum 400 is the first inversion drum made from composite material. Weighing only 32 kg, it’s light yet sturdy, and can handle steam curing without issue. For DN 100 pipes, it allows for inversion lengths of up to 18 metres.

Sanidrum 600: surprisingly large liner capacity

Like all our inversion drums, the Sanidrum 600 offers excellent corrosion resistance and easy maintenance, thanks to its advanced material blend. Weighing just 39 kg and equipped with large rubber wheels, it’s easy to transport and quick to set up. This model can handle liner lengths of up to 40 metres (DN 100)—more than twice the capacity of the smaller Sanidrum 400.

Sanidrum 700: durable and secure

At only 55 kg, the Sanidrum 700 offers a liner capacity of up to 60 metres (DN 100). Its design uses modern materials with no welded seams, eliminating potential leak points. It also withstands higher pressures and prevents liner blowouts. Even the inspection window is made from composite material.

Sanidrum 950: Hook up and go

For larger projects, the high-capacity Sanidrum 950 is an ideal choice. Designed for liner lengths up to 150 metres (DN 100), it weighs only 129 kg, making it surprisingly manageable for its size. The specially designed frame ensures it remains mobile, even when fully assembled on-site or mounted to a vehicle.
