In particular, the wood residues inhibit the risk of slipping where the workplace is exposed to dirt and oil. Our safety wood gratings are available in a variety of designs, colours and thicknesses with or without impregnation and meet the current standards (DIN 53 160, resistance requirements of DIN 68861/ 1B).

The mats are made of 100% nitrile rubber, which is resistant to most industrial oils and aggressive chemicals. The material is silicone-free, making it suitable for use in paint shops. We offer safety wood gratings for highest working comfort made to measure:

- with round or square recesses
- with bevelled edges and corners
- in different colours
- made of durable, sturdy beech wood in various thicknesses (3.5 cm to 10.5 cm)

The impregnation protects the wood from oil and cooling lubricant and is recommended wherever the workplace is particularly exposed to dirt and oils; it is water-repellent, easy cleaning is also possible with steam jet devices at low pressure and at a distance.

Our safety wood gratings are offered with impregnation as standard, a delivery without impregnation is possible at any time. Where there is an extreme risk of slipping, surface profiles are recommended, e.g. cross profile or anti-slip profile. You can mark danger zones with selected colors.
