Movable, vertically attachable accident protection device on drilling machines with polycarbonate screen.

This drill guard is the optimum solution for safeguarding your drilling machine, protecting the operator from potential hazards such as flying parts or chips.

The TR drilling machine guard is available in a range of dimensions, allowing you to select the one that best suits your needs. The thickness of the polycarbonate pane is 4 mm or 5 mm, depending on the model.

The IP67 safety microswitch will stop your drill immediately as soon as the locked guard is moved. Please note that the machine will not run when the screen is open.

In order to mount the TR Drill Guard, M6 screws are required, which are not included. To adapt the position of the protective screen quickly and easily to your conditions, we recommend our KSP bracket set.

Emergency-Stop Pushbutton with Restart Protection Up To 2.2 kW Machine Output

Emergency stop boxes, suitable for a load up to 2.2 kW 3 phases or 5.5 A 1 phase.Three-phase motor start/stop with overload cut-off and automatic reset by push button or emergency stop switch. This protection device is the optimum protection for your drilling machine and protects the operator from flying parts or chips. The screen size is 230 mm x 310 mm. It is mounted with M6 screws (not included). The IP67 safety microswitch stops your drill as soon as the locked guard is moved. Running of the machine is prevented when the screen is open.

You have the choice between 1 and 2 screens made of highly resistant polycarbonate. If required, the protective device is also available without microswitch.
