TASLY Protective Guard for Surface Grinding Machines, with Sliding Doors, with or without Side Panels
The TASLY (4TA) protective guard reliably protects the working area of your surface grinding machine. Its robust sliding doors ensure safety and convenient access for the operator.This guard is equipped with an intelligent electromagnetic locking system that ensures the machine only starts when the doors are fully closed, and prevents accidental opening during the operation. For machines with extended running times, an optional control box for timed door release is available.Each TASLY guard is custom-made to fit your machine precisely. Dimension sheets for accurate measurement are available to download. The MO2 model offers even more reliable spark and chip protection with a larger screen than the MO1. This protective device protects the milling machine operator from liquids, hot chips and rotating machine parts. This grinding machine protection shield consists of a robust aluminium frame construction with friction clutch. The protective screen is optionally equipped with a 4 mm thick polycarbonate pane or a 6 mm robust safety glass pane. The umbrella is handy and can easily be retrofitted to your grinding machine. It is fastened with M6 screws (not included in the scope of delivery). Choose the model with integrated economical LED for optimum lighting. Safety Guard PR with Sliding Door (1- or 2-door) for Surface Grinding Machines
Universal safety guard, made of solid steel construction with one or two sliding doors for surface grinding machines. Each door has a transparent and impact-resistant polycarbonate shade. Thanks to the IP67 safety microswitch, your machine is stopped as soon as the locked guard is opened. When the door is open, running of the machine is also prevented. If you want to keep the door closed longer (e.g. for long run-out machines), we recommend our switch box for terminated opening of safety guards.
