Drill guard with 4 mm vertical opening screen and side fixing system. Equipped with a safety micro switch IP67 integrated in the rotation hinge. Complete with 1 or 2 polycarbonate screens, 4mm thick.

The screen ensures non-contact with the rotating spindle and protects the operator from projections of chips and coolant.The fixing rod has an up/down adjustment with a semicircle shaped slot system that can be locked in all positions.The screen opens vertically in 3 positions, to have more space on the work surface and facilitates operations when there are a number of in-line drilling machines. The vertical opening of the screen is regulated by a safety micro switch built into the hinge, tamper proof.

This drill guard is the optimum solution for safeguarding your drilling machine, protecting the operator from potential hazards such as flying parts or chips. The TR drilling machine guard is available in a range of dimensions, allowing you to select the one that best suits your needs. The thickness of the polycarbonate pane is 4 mm or 5 mm, depending on the model. The IP67 safety microswitch will stop your drill immediately as soon as the locked guard is moved. Please note that the machine will not run when the screen is open. In order to mount the TR Drill Guard, M6 screws are required, which are not included. To adapt the position of the protective screen quickly and easily to your conditions, we recommend our KSP bracket set.
